1. Mood and Recovery monthly newsletter via mailchimp
Nice and short, yet full of links to what is new about mood and recovery.
In 2012 I will be making back copies of earlier issues available on-line.
| 2. Rethinking
Bipolar I was taught that bi-polar was like a ladder. Low moods at the bottom. High moods at the top. I was taught that half way up the ladder was the place to be. Look at this ladder made form two poles. Would you want to spend your life half way up it? Wouldn't that limit what we can achieve if we are always on the same ladder and fearful of both the top and the bottom rungs? People at risk of diagnosis can recover and avoid diagnosis. People with the diagnosis can work towards not having the diagnosis. www.rethinkingbipolar.com is for ideas for eliminating our own diagnosis and eliminating the need for bipolar disorder diagnoses. |
3. Choose a mood A newish blog for discussing how people are choosing the moods they need to be in, rather than accepting moods have to be determined by circumstances. We can choose our energy levels and how positively we are feeling and thinking. We can choose to be productive, reflective, appropriately anxious, calm..
In 2012 I will be rviving this and blogging here on three subjects...
WRAP, Food and Mood, Emotional Wealth
4. Twitter = moodandrecovery - this allows you to go back to www.twitter.com/@moodandrecovery any time and see a list of articles I have been publishing.
